Creamy chicken stew – Rapid Recipes

Serves 4

1 large onion, diced
3 chicken breasts, diced
3 carrots, sliced
250g mushrooms, sliced
1 tin peas
1 tin cream of mushroom soup
½ pint milk

First, fry the onions. Add the chicken and cook until browned. Add the carrots, cook for 5 minutes, then add the mushrooms. Stir in the mushroom soup, the milk and tinned peas. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with cooked bulgur wheat
