Outdoor First Aid course offer at Caldecotte Xperience

First Aid CourseSafety is at the heart of every Scouting activity. The Scout Association has clear guidance on what level of First Aid knowledge is required for what circumstances.

As part of our training within Scouting, adult volunteers should try to do some training each year. Perhaps some additional First Aid training would help you to take your Scouts out in the hills or out on the water in canoes?

Our friends at the Caldecotte Xperience in Simpson, Milton Keynes have just told us about a First Aid course that they are running from 1–2 February 2014 which is suitable for Scout leaders, and complies with national governing body requirements.

The Outdoor First Aid course by ITC First Aid will last 16 hours and will cost £100. If you are interested in attending, please get in touch with them direct on 01908 232042 or by email to caldecotte@action4youth.org.
