London Irish Scouts & Guides Day – 23 February 2014

master_londonirishLondon Irish will be hosting their 2nd Annual Scouts & Guides Day for their fantastic match against current Aviva Premiership champions, Leicester Tigers on Sunday 23rd February. For the match, scheduled for a 1pm kick off, they are offering the following experiences for the Scouts & Guides:

  • All uniformed members will have access to the pre-match activities centre located at Rivermead Leisure Centre (15 minutes from the Madejski Stadium).
  • All Scouts and Guides who come to the match will receive a special London Irish Scouts and Guides badge from the day.
  • The Top 10 sections/units who purchase the most tickets will have the chance to parade around the pitch either pre-match or at half-time.
  • The next Top 10 sections/units will have an opportunity for a group photo pitchside after the match.

For the Leicester Tigers match, London Irish are offering the various prices for the Scouts & Guides, their friends & family. The seats will be located in the East stand of the Madejski Stadium:

  • £19 for adults instead of the advanced match price of £28 (with £2 per adult ticket sold going back to the individual groups/packs)
  • £15 for concessions instead of the advanced match price of £24 (available for students, 16-18 year olds, members of the armed forces & emergency services, Over 60s)
  • £7 for U16s, Uniformed Scout & Guide members & Leaders (the Leaders will be based on ratio basis compared with the size of the group)

There is the opportunity to ‘design a badge’ for all members to take part in along with an order form for tickets. Once complete they should be sent back to:
