“I love flying kites!” Bedfordshire Scouts gather with The National Trust to take to the sky

DunstableDownsKites2014The National Trust has organized a kite competition for all:-Beavers/Cubs/Scouts/ Explorers and Network members on Saturday 28th June 2014 at Dunstable Downs, with prizes for the best designed and the best flying kites for each section. There is no charge and a Kite flying team “The Flying Squad” will be on site to demonstrate their skills and judge the competition. Will your kite design be the biggest? The most beautiful? The most exciting? Winners will also have a chance to fly in the famous Dunstable Downs Kite Festival on 26th/27th July 2014

Location… The National Trust, Dunstable Downs, LU6 2GY
Parking… £2.00 per day (money towards the upkeep of the downs) or free to National Trust members
